Day 1

Arrive Colchagua Valley
This morning transfer to the south of the Santiago province to the Colchagua Valley, one of South America’s most promising wine regions. (D)

Day 2

Vineyard Tours
Enjoy a full day of wine tastings and tours today. Begin with a visit to Lapostolle, where you will learn about the unique labour-intensive technique used to prepare the grapes. Continue to Montes Vineyard to see the Barrel Room, where only the very best wines are kept. Finish at Viu Manent Winery to enjoy a tour of the wine cellar. (B,L,D)

Day 3

Wine Tastings
You have another wine-fuelled day to look forward to today, starting with a tour of MontGras Vineyard. Here you will learn about the wine-making process before several tastings. You will then stop at Estampa Vineyard to sample more of the local produce, followed by a tour and tasting at Santa Cruz winery. In the afternoon, take a cable car to El Chaman hill where you will learn about the customs and beliefs of the indigenous Aymara, Mapuche and Rapa Nui cultures. (B,L)
