Drive the Amador Causeway for sweeping views of the city skyline and Pacific Ocean, then head to atmospheric Casco Viejo for lunch. This afternoon, explore the cobbled streets of this UNESCO World Heritage Site on a guided walking tour, taking in its striking blend of colonial, neoclassical and French architecture. Round off the day with a guided Geisha coffee tasting, sampling beans processed three different ways, paired with handcrafted coffee-infused desserts.
Head to Chagres National Park and board a traditional wooden piragua canoe with members of the Emberá community, gliding through the rainforest waterways of the Chagres River.
